Wow, that Creighton team is fun to watch. Would love their coach when Fran is done.
Yep. Altman built them into a formidable program all the way back in the early 2000s.Creighton doesn’t have football, so they really go full bore on basketball. They’ve always had a strong program, IMO.
Plus they have the advantage of Jaysker fans, who are just despicable human beings.Creighton doesn’t have football, so they really go full bore on basketball. They’ve always had a strong program, IMO.

Injuries. Everyone finally played together against Kansas.Creighton had been struggling a bit this season, but it looks as if they may have found their footing. Nice win!
I grew up fairly close to Omaha, had several friends who went to Creighton. I cannot remember a time when they had a protracted time of mediocre hoops. When I was in high school, Paul Silas was playing for them.Creighton doesn’t have football, so they really go full bore on basketball. They’ve always had a strong program, IMO.
Only time when they were mediocre was the two year stretch after Doug McDermott graduated. And they were a slam dunk final four team that third year (think they were like 19 or 20 and 1) before injuries wrecked the season.I grew up fairly close to Omaha, had several friends who went to Creighton.
