Interesting thread and thank you for posting. I think we all would agree our performance as of late is directly tied to Spencer Lee. One could argue that we have already began to work on blue chip recruits and Lee is first example of that working. As much as love stats, I think winning boils down to two categories.
Near Falls
Takedowns
We have always been solid at takedowns, but near falls is another story. A 4pt NF significantly changes a match, without the ability to score NF, we seriously limit opportunities to score bonus points.
