Never did I say that I agreed with it. I don’t understand why we continue to expect others, especially women, to comfortably share a restroom with a guy. That isn’t a crazy question. Uhh… this person was attacked for being “different.” And, the attack sounds like it led to their death… maybe not during the actual attack but in the aftermath when it appears they might have felt self harm was their only escape. If the “others” had minded their own business and practice “self responsibility” this kid would be going about their life not bothering anyone. Yet. Someone felt threatened and didn’t mind their business and took upon themselves to interject themselves into another’s life causing harm.
You are projecting your hang up, and creating a permission structure for violence. Nex would have been using a stall with a door, I assume. How were these kids traumatized to the point that they were forced to plot and execute an attack like this?

First, she started the fight by throwing water on the other girls. Also, by her own words in that hospital video, she said she didn’t even know them and there was no prior bullying by them.

How is anyone going to say for sure what happened in the bathroom? Did someone record the incident from beginning to end that shows this individual throwing the water, or is the evidence based solely on the testimony of the three girls? Unfortunately, the other party is not alive to give their version of “the facts.”
I think this person’s pronoun is “they,” which may be part of the confusion. I know it threw me off when I first read the article.

The girl says in that police cam video that she walked up and poured water on the other three girls. She also said she didn’t know those girls since she was a sophomore and they were freshman. They was no history of the other girls bullying her.
