She was hurt enough you know to have to go to the hospital twice and died . . . how much more do you want them to beat on her. She said she blacked out . . . Tells you head trauma.
After they had been making fun of her for laughing. Neither is appropriate behaviour. Nor is then going to beat the shit out of her 3 on 1.
She said her friend jumped in to help her after she got her legs taken out from under her. Surveillance camera shows 6 people entering the bathroom, then Nex fills up her water bottle and enters the bathroom with 2 of her friends. Only 20 seconds later, after Nex entered, the surveillance camera shows a faculty member entering the bathroom.
Be interesting to see the statements from the other students in there. All we have heard is one side, and even that one side says she initiated the conflict.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the other kids knew of the upcoming confrontation and there is video of it out there.

You guys understand that Nex was identifying as "non binary", which basically translates into doing the androgenous thing for a lot of teens. Again, I don't think you guys understand that this isn't like being "born that way" gay for most teens.
You also realize that there's a good chance the kids in the scuffle with her had no idea of her claimed identity.
In the video she's wearing black and doesn't have on makeup -- she didn't seem to standout in a special sort of way. She said the group that assaulted her were a group of freshman girls she didn't know. (or even know of)

As I said in page 1 or 2, it's been confirmed that the trans non-binary individual initiated the fight with the other students bc she believed they were laughing at her. The death was not the result of the fight and it sounds like they're waiting on toxicology.
The deceased stated in the video the others were freshmen girls, which would make them (as in the real life description of multiple people) younger than the deceased (unless they were really mentally challenged that they all flunked multiple grades).

Most of the early "reporting" was based on Twitter posts from a trans activist named esqueer. He is well known for spreading misinformation on this topic on a regular basis to stir up controversy.
This thread is instructive in telling us which posters would swagger around and misgender a 5’4 112 pound kid to prove how manly they are.

"All of it is bad" ok, so you equate assault to laughing at someone in your first sentence of your response. The rest of your post is equally as nonsensical but your moral standards are so far below mine that I don't really care to engage with you about the rest of it. A trans assaulted three younger students for allegedly laughing at her. Discount that assault however you want.
I don't equate anything to anything. You're viewing this incident in isolation. Nex had been bullied. Quite a bit, it appears. I'm not discounting anything. Rather, I'm counting more.
By pretty clear appearances, your "morality" is choosing to value the life of Nex less than the lives of these others involved in this tragedy. That's pretty clear.
