McCarney was never charged with domestic abuse, a restraining order was issued to his wife.

So, Dan was never even charged, let alone convicted.

You want the rumor of what happened behind closed doors to determine the rest of his life?

It wasn't just a rumor. He admitted to striking her to police but claimed it was only once. She claimed multiple times. Since he only hit her once that's makes it okay, right? Seems to be the trend in this thread with defending him. Why don't ya'll just say the broad had it coming to her? I mean you're almost there already

I don't think he admitted hitting her. I think he admitting spitting on her. But for pity's sake......

All of those girls I subjected them to with that behavior? Jesus man, I didn't rape them and they were more than willing. I'm not claiming to be a saint by any means but I'm not okay with abusing women. Many on here are.

I doubt very, very much that many on here are okay with abusing women.

Again, he went through the system. Also, honorary captain for one football game is not some big thing. Can anyone remember who and when such and such was an honorary captain?
