Dems Seethe Over Violent Gang Members Being Deported

Of course an activist judge would attempt to put an end to this, but the answer back seems to be a quick and simple "no." The criminals were actually shipped to el Salvador to spend time in a super max prison instead of returning them home to Venezuela.

And the president of el Salvador had a little fun trolling the Obama judge on X. The left is really doing a lot of fvcking around with these out of control (and unelected) activist judges. I admittedly worry what the find out part is going to look like here. There are already impeachment proceedings in places for this judge (and others) but given the political climate in our country I admittedly worry about possible escalation.



How the left turned a blind eye to this and empowered them for so long is disturbing and now they are actively fighting to protect these people. Amazing L once again for team blue.

If I showed up w/ some US marshals at their house, and claimed they were child molesters, and sent them to Ecuador, because of child molester claims, and they didn't get to call anyone, or get a lawyer or contest the claims, just ended up in a foreign prison for years on end based on my dubious claims: THAT is what this is.

No one has a problem w/ deporting criminals and gang members; but when there is no evidence presented that they are current gang members, and none of them have the ability to contest the claims, that's a big big problem under Rule of Law in America. Or, at least it USED to be...

I feel like with, every thread that I jump into started by a MAGA, is like me catching a conversation with my 10 year old and his friends. I'm usually a little more patient with them though, as I gently describe the way the things occur and how their stories and ideas are not feasible and that's not the way the world works.

Our board numpties will post some propaganda piece and try to pass it off as some kind of revelation when the reality is they really are too dimwitted to understand the reasons behind something.

I think if I'm this judge, I have Homan brought into my Court and charged with contempt, put him in the court jail UNTIL all the people shipped to those prisons are returned AND have completed due process to assess whether they are illegal/undocumented, gang members, etc. He can work from the cell until that effort is complete. And make that an example of what will happen to other admin officials who violate the Constitution here.

No; simply pointing out that anyone arrested is afforded due process rights in this country, and in order to deport them as "gang members", they need to be formally identified as such and processed through our court systems.

Per the DOJs own info, over 100 of them WERE NOT gang members, but allegedly have been transferred to a foreign prison vs simply being deported to their country of origin.
