I think Dennis will pull this off. He has absolutely nothing to lose. Lastly, I can't even believe I'm saying this but I'm actually rooting for him. I don't think any other wrestler right now has a better story than his.

The guy I was sitting next to a the matches today said the winner of this doesn't quality for Rio. He said the winner of this and a few other weights has to go to Turkey or Mongolia to quality, something about this weight class...Has anyone else heard this or was this dude feeding me a line. He was from inianola, had his pencil and bracket sheet, seemed like a nice guy that knew his wrestling?

This is correct. Molinaro and either Dake/Cox still have to qualify their weights though.

I like both wrestlers a lot and this helps us a lot in the race for Spencer Lee. Having 2 former Hawks battling it out for Spencer's ultimate goal is VERY attractive to him.

I'm actually leaning towards wanting Dennis to win a bit more. Hopefully this could help right the ship to his Nationals loss to Ness so to speak!

I think there were 2 different events, the Pan Ams and the Pan Am Qualifier. (Maybe i'm wrong). But i'm pretty sure Ramos lost to Bonne from cuba in the finals of the Qualifier.

Ya, there was an olympic qualifying tournament in March in San Francisco. But I thought the weight was qualified a month earlier at the Pan Ams. Not important . . . I'm confused.

I love both guys, so really hard to choose and will be very happy for the winner.

If Dennis can get on top and get a gut wrench on him, he will win. Low scoring match with no high scoring points, I think Ramos grinds out the wins.

I like Ramos but kind of prefer Dennis' style these days.

You should be able to get them there, I got some good seats at cost from a scalper for cost, but be ready to pay out of your ass for concessions, !!

Definitely agree with that. Hope the wrestlers determine a clear winner and it doesn't come down to tiebreakers, referee intervention or questionable scoring.
