Quick PG doesn't mean a good PG: Trey Dickerson couldn't crack our rotation in 2014.
BUT, this new guy DJ Carton from Bettendorf we're looking at for 2019 could fit the bill of quick skilled PG. He's a long (for his position- 6'2") lefty, with the quicks and moves to get into and finish in the lane. I found a long (9 minute) highlight reel on him that looks good. He looks to pass first but appears to have the outside shot as well. I'd be surprised if we don't formally offer soon. He'd look good in black and gold next to Patrick McCaffery in the 2019 class.
Carton makes this statement in the NCSA Sports link below.
"My name is DJ Carton. I will graduate in 2019 from Bettendorf High School In Iowa. As a sophomore, I will be the starting point guard on varsity for the 2016-17 season. I recently changed to this position and have been successful after a lot of hard work and extra training. I am not afraid of hard work, but more importantly I am a good teammate, respectful to others, and a coachable athlete that is always eager to learn new things. I understand the importance of a good education and make my studies a priority while still finding time to improve my game and hone my skills. My childhood dream is to one day play collegiate basketball in a highly competitive program and I am willing to do what it takes to play the game I love."

Got to like the attitude. Lots of nice stats on him in that link as well. The highlight reel is in that link too but here it is directly from YouTube:
