I am "scum of the earth" then,.... Blowing your clippings back onto your lawn eliminates the need for at least one fertilization per season...

How does shooting your clippings directly onto the street help with fertilizing your lawn?

I'm not rich enough to bag my own clippings but I'm not poor enough to blow them in the street and cover half of it.

Recycle your clippings onto your own yard. Free fertilizer. Don't bag until your last mowing of the year.
