Okay, fine. Ignore reality.

Hope there's a nurse around when you need one.

Still waiting for phantom report.
Look it up yourself brother. I’m not really someone that takes direction well, or needs to. I give direction and sign the front of the paycheck. You probably have to take direction. I don’t. More facts. That’s the reality of my situation while I smoke a cigar at one of my winter homes. It’s freezing at 60 here though, so not all is perfect.

Why? I'm a veteran and I have no interest in pursuing those benefits. My current employer's healthcare plan is just fine.

You didn't answer then you basically just said I have health insurance from work.

Now I see you are bringing up the ACA. Which Republicans will surely come for, again.

I think we can call it there.

Thanks for proving you are full of shit. You better stop assuming about things you don’t know. Alas I’m done dealing with you.

To be honest, the entire American healthcare delivery system needs to be blown up and reimagined from scratch.

WASHINGTON — Following successful implementation of President Trump’s federal hiring freeze, the Department of Veterans Affairs announced several exemptions to the policy.

These exemptions clarify the department’s ability to continue filling essential positions that provide health care and other vital services to Veterans and VA beneficiaries.

Although Trump’s Jan. 20 Executive Order states it shall not adversely impact Veterans’ benefits and does not apply to positions related to public safety, VA worked with the White House and Office of Personnel Management to develop this updated guidance.

“Under President Trump’s leadership, VA will always do what is necessary to provide America’s Veterans with the benefits and services they have earned. The targeted hiring-freeze exemptions announced today underscore that fact,” said VA Director of Media Affairs Morgan Ackley.

Shhh
Libtards hate the facts.
It’s always the emotions and headlines they care about.

That and maybe folks could have pumped the breaks on freaking out until they learned the details.
They ****ed up is what happened. They made this blanket freeze and an EO to have all remote workers return or be fired versus being strategic. Once the complaints got loud enough they have had to unroll some of the freezes and will likely end up doing more. This is incompetence in action. Maybe in the future those with knowledge and experience will be consulted before arbitrary decisions are made.

I personally don't want a "work from home" doctor or a nurse. They're supposed to actually, you know, examine me?

I did telehealth for an eye infection one time during the COVID ridiculousness and the stupid "doctor" had me look into the camera and said, "The other eye looks worse."

I replied, "Do you have mirror imaging turned off?"

She turned beet red.

Rural health is dying. VAs are using telehealth to help areas that lack the ability to access care they need. It’s often used in conjunction with real appointments and not just telehealth services as a standalone service.

Tradition doesn't want a doctor that works from home so he used telehealth. The man should be taken seriously.

When spending is a priority issue, it seems reasonable for the incoming administration to confirm any incoming new hires,.. I don't see a problem with any of this...
