Maybe? I know Rubio just got the backing of some gazillionaire that Bush was courting. Also Trump, Carson, Fiorina are pretty flush so I doubt they go away until the writing is on the wall.

Bush is sure pumping the TV ads here in Iowa. I have not seen one for Fiorina. Bobby Jindal had some before he dropped out.
