I would love to see him back next year so that we have a back with lots of experience under his belt. I think he'd be a great mentor for when Young or IKM get more snaps next year.

Bringing Butler back next year would make sense, so KF and Co. will use him, despite having the use of only one arm, and waste his eligibility in a season that's already down the drain. You can always count on the brain trust in Iowa City to make the smart move, especially when it comes to offense.

Why would that be? Get him healthy for next year and allow the younger backs to gain some experience this year. Neither one has embarrassed themselves.
