33 year old black head coach at Loyola Chicago who developed under Porter Moser. Has a very good record and getting about 600K per year. Iowa needs to hire a dude like that to build a roster.

Can he recruit? Is he a proven recruiter as an asst and head coach? Need to get more talent on the team.
Does he preach and teach tough defense and rebounding? The hawk culture needs to change in this respect and the more you score then all the better.

He’s been just ok. Took over for Moser who built the program and had an initial successful year but has struggled since. Pass.
I see he was a GA for Izzo for 2 years so had to absorb some of that program's juice. He was a defensive coach at Loyola when they went to their run to the final four so he has been there.
He was a very good player which can help with recruiting I think since they know what the high schooler's are thinking.

We definitely should contact him and interview him while we are waiting for other prospect’s tournament runs to end.
