I follow this dude on Tik Tok. If you want to know what Afghanistan was like, he probably gives the most accurate depiction for the vast majority of troops (ie, everyone but SF) in his videos. Plus side, he's generally hilarious.

I made a candy canon the first halloween of covid - was popular with the kids.
I've sat on a car hood (pre- 9/11, they'd probably come visit you now) on 85 and watched the 33rd and 58th do touch and go's, but I've only seen the B-2 on Eglin once.
Cool thing about Eglin being a testing center is you do get to see random stuff.
