I have been fascinated by the moose since childhood.
Unless you've been near one in person, it hard to imagine how big they are; 6'-7' at the shoulder for a mature bull. We saw a bunch of them in Alaska and was surprised often.
I saw one just outside Breckinridge, Colorado on the way up to the cabin. Didn’t know there was an active program to get them reintroduced in the Rockies until I saw one really close. Cool animals, let’s hope they don’t end up doing the wolf reintroduction as aggressively as they want
