I know a lady whose home and fences were smacked pretty hard along Haw Creek in Asheville. A group of Mennonites fixed fences and the roof, cleared debris, and cut up a massive black walnut tree that was blocking her driveway.
The tree yielded a prize saw log 14’ long and 30” in diameter at the small end that she will sell.
They would not even accept gas money for the saws and bobcat.
The tiny houses are awesome, but permitting them is somewhat problematic. Gotta have infrastructure… power, water, sewer, etc… Our county is removing barriers that are allowing communities similar to trailer parks to be set up. For some folks this is a relatively short term fix, while for others it is more permanent.

Technically, I think this only qualifies as the second largest firework to burst over Nagasaki.
