Oh, and one other thing. The dude talking looks and sounds like he's maybe 20. He's a SGT, which means he's in a leadership position, probably a team leader, maybe a squad leader. In leadership at 20. FTR, I was promoted to team leader at 19 as a Corporal, then made SGT just after my 20th birthday. It's insane the Army, or any service, does that. No one is ready to lead men in combat at 20.
