Early Vegas Lines: Hawks by 2 - 2.5

Early sports books have the Hawks over Davidson by 2 to 2.5, depending where you go. As an avid sports bettor, I really wish this line was in the 5-7 range for more comfort. This time of year Vegas seems to get the lines pretty accurate as they now have tons of season information to handicap a game thoroughly. To give you some very recent examples:

They had ISU by 1.5 over Texas and also 1.5 over Oklahoma - ISU won by 2 both games.
Yesterday they had Mich St by 4 over Maryland - Mich St wins 62-58!
The real head turner was Kentucky by 24.5 over Auburn - Kentucky wins by 24!!!!

I'm not saying Vegas is always right but more often than not it can be pretty scary how close they can predict a game. Makes you wonder sometimes that there has to be something fishy going on.
With that said, what does it mean and why did I bring it up? Because if that line holds true, we could be in for a freaking barn burner of a first round game that I'm not sure this heart can take!
