My thoughts so far:

I enjoyed hearing Luke on there. I'm glad he is apart of our program to come up with this plunge idea and Grapple. It's awesome that even though it's Iowa, he finds ways to make the program be so much more than titles.

Good to hear from McDonough too. Outside of that picture he posted with Trump I haven't seen or heard much from him and what he's been up to.

Ramos did a good job recapping what went on in wrestling during the week. I do think it was odd that's what his "interview" was, but he had some really good things to say I thought.

I'll post my thoughts on Brands, etc later after I listen. Just haven't had the time yet.

Yeah I saw that noted on here, but it's nice to hear from the man himself you know what I mean?

I got through the Brands portion on my ride home from work and that was cool. For those that haven't listened, one of the things he talks about is how Indiana was hanging out in the locker room which is what Grothus was talking about in his interview Friday night. I also liked that mid interview he starts yelling at Metcalf. Brands is one of a kind.
