OK - so I'm trying to figure out this 25% capacity for these NCAA tournament games. I watched the First Four games last night, and while you could hear that there were fans in attendance (and they would show some of them from time to time), you really couldn't see many sitting in the lower bowl area. Then, I'm now watching the VT-FL game and it is once again pretty clear that they don't have fans sitting anywhere close to the floor. Seems like they are only seating fans in the upper section of these arenas. Did they do away with the idea of selling 25% capacity for these games? There's no way they are getting that many fans into these arenas if they aren't going to put any fans into the lower bowl sections. Was really hoping we'd get more of a fan environment in these games, but I'm not really feeling it thus far.
