From the months of Sep-Dec this year because they’ll no longer be getting paid. If they didn’t take the buyout they’d still be getting paid.


They take the buyout and get paid for 7 months. Paychecks every 2 weeks. It ends in September.

Ok. Where is the money coming from for their replacements. You offer buyouts to replace expensive workers with cheaper workers. At least some of these workers are needed

I think the plan is not to replace them with new hires. Shift folks as needed.

You are kidding right? They continue to get paid (where the money is already coming from) and then the payment stops. That's how buyouts happen.
