Having a player of the year or two is nice, but only if our coach can make something happen with that talent. Great guy, but not doing our program any favors.

I had season tickets his first year. I remember one game during a time out. He and his assistants would huddle together away from the players before talking to them. This time Fran immediately started yelling at the players. Then he went to his coaches huddle, but right away turned back to yell at the players again. Then back to the huddle, then right back to yell at the players.

Ever since Patrick had his issues, I think fran has tried to be calmer on the bench. And I don't think he has the ability to be somewhat angry, it's either Fran-Con 0 or 9, so he's trying to stay at 0. But even if he's trying not to get angry he could swap players to make a point. As others have said, he just doesn't seem to care.
