From an Omaha campaign worker

Show where I posted vote counts, moron. Hell, I’m interested in hearing these figures, since I wasn’t even provided with them myself.

We could all use a laugh.

I work in west Omaha (suburban, historically very Republican) with a lady who is working the polls. Talked with her during her lunch break. Said Nebraska as a whole has already seen close to half all ballots cast early. From what she’s hearing from the dem and republican reps tasked with counting votes, Democrats are up way bigger than expected. Too early to tell conclusively, but give a blue dot in Nebraska to Kamala.

Been watching all three cable networks...all are reporting massive voter turnouts along with the nearly 86 million early votes already returned/cast, total.

That's GREAT news for Dems.
By comparison, in 2020, there were nearly 159 million votes cast.
Have seen estimates we could see 165 million this cycle.

I wonder what this means for the Osborn/Fischer race. I'm betting Rickets squashes Love, but wouldn't mind booting him too.

Gender lines will be massive tonight. Trump has the bros for most part and Kamala has a huge section of female votes and the latter will turnout in droves. Harris ground game will pay off later tonight imo.
Trump has the bros who don't vote. I bet they don't even know what their district is.

I'm still not discounting that this general "vibe" feeling is merely wishful thinking on the part of we non-insane, non-cult members who want to believe America cannot be idiotic enough to put a rapist clown felon back in the White House.

So I'm not popping any corks yet.
As someone who was on the 04 Kerry campaign nationally (and Iowa caucus), agreed. I had a great vibe then.

The problem is poll workers releasing this information before the polls close. It can reduce turnout if one side thinks there's no hope because "Democrats are up way bigger than expected.",
as was indicated in the OP.

We’ve been getting early voting information and exit polls for decades. One person in one precinct isn’t significant.

I have been saying it for about a week and @GOHOX69 has been saying it even longer that this isn't going to be close. People are fed the eff up with turd.

In 2016 Trump outperformed the polls.

In 2020 the polls tried to adjust, and he outperformed the polls even further.

What would you explanation be for the polls to suddenly and significantly switch to undercounting Dem votes?

Doing some research, I found that Omaha which is the 2nd Congressional District has been blue since Obama., the rest of the state is red.

Your inside information is not big news if anything it was expected.

Got ya. I just didn't expect it since it's a pretty wealthy area along Happy hallow over by Brownwell Talbot
Why does that surprise you? The “new” Dem party is the party of the elites/wealthy. Look at all the Hollywood type endorsements. Increased food/housing costs, crime, immigration, etc doesn’t impact that class of people.
