Alot of people here are fed up with Fran and his middle of the pack teams so, Would you like Gard as the Iowa coach?
He has done very well(and I hate it) leading Wisconsin to many wins and tournament wins.

I don't want Gard, but no scenario he ever ends up at Iowa. I do think he's a better coach than given credit for. His player mutiny was led by one of his assistants, Alando Tucker, who was trying to turn the team against the head coach. Tucker was going to the administration saying his boss should be fired, and he was the one who taped the locker room conversation. No surprise they are better now that Tucker is gone. My guess is Gard will be an even better coach after surviving that.

Interestingly you can also see that Howard was walking by Gard while saying that and then Gard grabbed Howard's elbow. Howard immediately reacts to it saying "Don't *expletive* Touch me" Gard also gets in front of Howard blocking him from continuing through the line.

Howard should either get fired or suspended for the rest of the year but I also believe Gard should get at least a single game suspension. You shouldn't be allowed to grab an opposing coach, even if you didn't mean to and even if it was minor like this one was.
