Gender Season?

I've always wanted to be Zod at work and when people come to my office I say, "Kneel before Zod".

I dont' have the right for the state to cover say....a hair transplant. A female can't get a boob job on the state if she identifies as a larger chested woman.
That's kind of my view as well. I'll call someone Megatron if they want I just don't want a 5/10 min story about why they identify that way today.
From personal experience my biggest peeve with the alphabet movement is if you are someone who is constantly changing your gender or pronoun that's fine I really don't care but don't be upset with me or give me attitude when my initial hello or response is wrong. I've gotten threatened with a complaint for using the wrong pronoun when someone had changed it 3 times in 3 months.
Setting aside the who pays for it issue, you still believe the state can and should ban all affirming care, or is your complaint just who pays?
I assume if the parents and doctors agree, and the parents pay the bill, the care is fine by you?
Sperm/Egg, Embryo, Fetus, Baby. Everyone has issues with killing of babies.
If people actually didn't push back, HR would never be involved. Are there any other medical or mental heath issues you push back against? Seems like a weird practice to me.
Yes with the caveat of first having a course of mental health care. Also say, age 16.
I don’t get why they are only changing what they are every season. Why aren’t they doing it every day or at least every week. I know my mood changes daily.
Once they get to changing it daily are we going to stop and think that maybe they are bi-polar or we just supposed to pass it off as being normal?
As for all of you saying to leave it alone as they aren’t hurting anyone, that’s not true.
It’s not normal, clearly some sort of illness is going on that people are now trying to say they are a sex that differs from what they were when they were born.
Plus they are messing with the minds of younger kids. Some might not feel this way at all but do it because it’s the cool thing to do, or they do it because they want to feel like they are part of a group. A kids brain is easily molded.
They grow up with this and think it’s normal. Just the same as a child grows up with guns, drugs and theft. They think it’s normal and don’t see it as doing something wrong.

We had a guy in the office that was Indian and had absolutely horrible body odor. It would gag you how bad it was. My direct reports immediately complained when he started and the other managers had the same issue. I called HR and asked what to do and they told me to not confront him.
Two years later we had a guy retiring and on his last day he went up to the guy and told him he stunk and he needed to shower more and wear deodorant.
HR had to fly into town to conduct a review because the stinky guy complained.
I now just close my office door and avoid him in the office. We have air fresheners everywhere.

Why is that more stupid than someone saying their gender changes by season? Maybe they have criminal thoughts only during a certain time of the year. Their brain has a chemical imbalance and without medication they can’t control it and commit certain crimes.

Like I mentioned earlier. Someone with a chemical imbalance which can change each season could cause them to do something illegal that they might not even realize they are doing. 3 of the other 4 seasons they are an outstanding citizen, why should they be penalized every season?

Hopefully people working in the gender clinics and whatnot understand these sorts -- that they weren't born this way and don't need gender affirming modifications to be happy.
