A couple of years ago, you guys were very active in a thread about supplements that were effective anti-aging agents. There was a lot of good stuff in that thread. After reading it, I started on Tru Niagen and also did the fasting routine. I currently eat dinner at 6-6:30 and don't eat breakfast until close to 10. It has worked very well. I have lost a little over 20 lbs and can exercise pretty well for a 60 year old man. I am wondering if there it anything new out there or anything else I could add (relatively easy) to this regimen. TIA!
