That effectively changes the gravitational force the earth has in different regions. It changes the shape of the Geoid. Since most people think of gravity as the earth's gravitational pull rather than the law of gravity, gravity will in fact change.

When the moon and sun are aligned the tidal range is greater than when they are at 90 degree angles to each other in relation to the earth. Also the shape of our and the moons orbits effect the tides by moving us closer to those bodies. Also ocean currents don't follow exact fixed paths. They move around a bit. All of that water can actually change the earth's gravitational field, move the poles and change the length of a day.
Yes, it is. Sea levels are rising from ice melt. All that additional water adds to tidal energy. All that tidal energy slightly changes the earth's tilt. Take a physics class before jumping into discussions like this.
It takes hundreds of millions of years for tidal influences to change the length of a day, and as with everything else, this has been going on forever. And global warming isn't going to "speed it up" in any appreciable way.
Just like everything else with global warming, these changes are so tiny and so slow that it's not something anyone would even notice, much less be a threat to anything.
