Gopher's Curry is not seriously hurt.

It sounds like Gopher forward Eric Curry will be cleared to play today at the Barn vs Iowa.
He was carried off the floor Wed nite after injuring his ankle in the last minute of Minnesota s 2 pt loss at MSU.

He is a senior leader for the Gophers who is a fine player and I am sure he will want to participate vs the Gopher's long standing rival to the south.
Another huge game for the Hawkeyes in their campaign to get to .500 in the league after an 0-2 start.
The Barn has never been easy on the Hawks but winning there is always sweet.
If the Hawks play with the intensity of the 2nd half vs IU, rebound the ball and make their free throws(and some threes) they should be right in it in the end.

Maybe his ankle will still be sore and play like garbage like Keegan did vs isu. Also I hate the barn. An old dump with stupid raised floor. Wish they’d demolish it or renovate. Makes carver look like Madison square garden.

Looking at stats Ogele and kern don’t play. Curry the biggest loss being their leading rebounder which with iowas rebounding issues a plus. However with 7 guys fouls be an obvious issue and with way Iowa likes to get up and down the floor hopefully can wear them down.
