So how does MAGA normalize this behavior.
You get a puppy and when it doesn't start to turn out like you had hoped you kill it? Why is that ever ok?

It was a dog acquired to work pheasants, and you excitedly claim that it had bloodlust because it killed chickens? Assuming Noem isn’t lying about the incident, by the way. It wasn’t trained properly, and Noem killed it without attempting to correct the behavior.
Now she’s using the killing of the dog as an exercise in establishing how tough of a leader she’ll be. Its poor comms, poor leadership, and false bravado
