took the Vols best shot and never gave up.
'A team full of great kids'Congrats to the Hawks. Didn't fold and almost pulled off an epic comeback. A team full of great kids. Improvement is needed in the offseason but next year is going to be fun.
Was awesome.
All in spite of Fran, too.
You’re right, absolutely nothing to be proud of when a 10 seed comes back from 25 down to take the game to OT against a 2 seed who has been ranked #1 a lot of the season.Did I miss something here? They lost right?
Come out ready to play in the 1st half and maybe we're celebrating a win instead of another early exit.
Exactly. If anyone thinks Fran didn't coach his butt off they don't know basketball. You are a POS.
Well done.
I hope your boyfirend goes in dry later.
Yes indeed. Can't believe we gave it up that way. Should have had it. Still a good year. Great opportunity for success next year.took the Vols best shot and never gave up.
Iowa makes an epic comeback and some of you still can't give the kids credit for showing amazing heart. Eat shit
yes he is .You are a POS.
Well done.
Your are a assuming i am misgendering the person i quoted.Your joke says you think otherwise.
I'm sure that Izzo has your same sentiments, NOT. The reason Michigan St. continues to be the team that they are, is they do not except losing as the norm. I applaud this team for coming back from the dead, but you have to finish the deal and not roll over in overtime. Iowa excepts moral victories, the blue bloods do not. Iowa will never be a blue blood but they can be a lot tougher then they are.
This is just another loss that the Iowa players and fan base will shrug off as BAU. Unacceptable

Ah yes, I’m sure Izzo credits people whining on message boards for his success.I'm sure that Izzo has your same sentiments, NOT. I posted above that i think this program turned a corner. I saw some of these players take charge the last two games. Jbo was not afraid to get insome teammates faces. I feel we have been lacking that sort of on court accountability. Maybe a sign that the team has stiffened upIzzo runs his program like a military boot camp. Breaks down his players and then builds them up to be tougher when the time requires them to be tougher. In no way would Michigan St start off this game being down 25 in the first half. He would have had a coronary on the side lines before he'd have let that happen. Fran runs an entirely too soft a program for Iowa players to pull these type of games out of their asses. But, just to be fair, today's come back was hopefully a turning point in Fran's time at Iowa. It's time for Iowa to start playing the game and stop watching it, if you get my drift...
