Overall, flavor goes to the green egg. crispiness was a lean toward the green egg. setup and ease go to the traeger.

Half the wings got a jerk rub along with some slap yo' mama rub. The other half got a ranch seasoned powder along with some cavender's greek seasoning. lump charcoal was standard lump I get at my local gardening store - nothing fancy. Did not use wood chips to smoke either. I find wings get enough smoke on the egg as is. I am actually considering doing a drip pan with water next time to decrease the smoke produced by the chicken fat hitting the plate setter. For the traeger just a standard blend of pellets I picked up Sam's club.
