We have a convicted felon, sexual abuser, and frequent visitor to Epstein island running for office when he should be behind bars. Nothing surprises me anymore except the pea brains that support him.

Police arrest man for racist anti-immigrant signs invoking Donald Trump in Hampton, Iowa

The Hampton Police Department has arrested a 38-year-old man who they believe produced racist signs and attached them to local Hispanic-owned businesses.

Daniel Embree, of Hampton, is charged with eight counts of second-degree harassment for allegedly placing paper printouts on several business doors. The signs said "Illegal immigrant hunting permit. No bag limit. Tagging not required. Trump 2024."

Police say surveillance footage from nearby businesses connected Embree to the flyers, according to court documents. Authorities also found “documentation showing he was producing the fliers he put on the businesses” at his place of residence.

Authorities determined that Embree allegedly placed the fliers on “pre-targeted” Hispanic-owned businesses, according to the criminal complaint.

Flyer Suspect Given No Jail Time

By Jennifer Burnham
Hampton Chronicle

Five months after posting anti-undocumented immigrant flyers around town, Daniel Embree has been sentenced to two years of supervised probation with the Iowa Department of Corrections. He will not have to serve jail time.

Judge Mark Milder sentenced him during a hearing Monday morning at the Franklin County Courthouse. Embree, 38, of Hampton, had submitted a written plea of guilty on Dec. 4 to eight counts of criminal mischief in the fifth degree (hate crime, serious misdemeanor) and trespass as a hate crime. The no-contact orders have expired.

The incident took place in August. The flyers he posted on local businesses said “USA Illegal Immigrant Hunting Permit.”

Milder said if he were to violate the conditions of his probation that he could be facing 180 days in jail. Along with probation, he will pay nine different fines of $430 which he can pay in payments.

Embree must also complete 100 hours of community service.

“I don't think you went out that night thinking you were committing a crime. I think you had some warped sense of being a patriot and standing up for your country. It's your right to have those opinions and express those as you see fit but if it's done in a legal way," Judge Milder said. "You caused a lot of damage to this community. I think it’s appropriate that you pay back the community in some way.”

When given a chance to speak, Embree said he had nothing to say at the time. No victims were present at the hearing.

“These people are contributing to the community. They did not deserve these postings,” Milder said. “Even if they are here illegally, they didn't deserve to be treated that way. They are still human and deserve to be treated as such.”

Embree is waiting to hear back about his mental health evaluation, which he recently completed.

Pretty much in the same vein as the hateful comments towards Haitian immigrants in Ohio before the last election.

Republicans want Brown people to leave this country and if intimidation accomplishes this, they're happy.

Again...hopefully something REALLY bad happens to this guy.

You should be reported to law enforcement for terroristic threats
