unless someone is throwing her open, she is a turnover waiting to happen. Most teams can just stand behind her and let her flop that left arm out and let her hit the back board at the height of the rim. All of her shots, when she is back to the basket, are lazer darts that have no touch. She should catch in the post and face up against those girls that are taller than her.

I just shake my head on HS, with that athleticism why does she not excel. I agree with the op CC made her last year and her skill set is exposed this year.

It's too bad Hannah hasn't been able to learn her natural position. I think Syd can play the 3 if Hannah could somehow play the 4 and have Ava finally get some experience. I'm not even sure Hannah is effective at the 5.

I agree. This teams ceiling is way higher with that lineup. I'm guessing with her back to the basket and a taller person guarding her, hannah is shooting 25% at best.
I get her rebounding and defense are high level but is it high enough to look past the offensive problems with good teams. I don't think so.

Ava needs to be playing much more, she could be the difference, shot blocking, rebounding. I dont understand while Jan doesnt play her more.
