Happy Thanksgiving! I hope everyone connects with loved ones and enjoys their day. Comfort each other if your celebration is missing someone this year. Be safe if you're traveling. Thank God for all he's blessed you with and that we live in a country where it's possible to be this blessed.

I never said it was. But there is no doubt Lincoln was referencing the Almighty, Most High God, Father who dwelleth in Heaven, our Lord, from the Bible.

I believe its the premise of giving thanks and appreciating what we have been given, Christian holidays or not.
