EXACTLY why the GOP wants Wall Street to have access to Social Security funds. A "few percent" commission off "unrealized" gains from many trillions will net them some serious bank.
You do realize that the client has options. They can invest the money themselves, or they could let their uncle Bob invest their money.
They make the choice to pay the company an agreed upon price.
