I don't know who those people are and given the political leanings of the area I fully believe that these people would blame FEMA for things that were their own responsibility. Maybe some of what they said is true but there is a reason the Biden and Harris mandated the emergency spending to help those people immediately. If they didn't take advantage of that then that's on them. If the FEMA statement were false, then someone reputable would be using that to tear them apart right now a week before the election.
