I have had a couple of patients who have. Having that and going to the ER is an adventure I would rather not spend time thinking about.

Once upon a time a company was investigating an Ed drug to compete with viagra, and one of its potential commercial benefits was it was a longer term effect (so you could prepare in advance rather than on site). It was colloquially referred to by the investigators as “the weekender”.
To be fair it is probably better then going to the ER because you "fell" on something and it went straight up your ass. That is apparently fairly common and I don't know why.
