Looks like Iowa has offered 2016 dual threat QB prospect(currently not rated)- Riley Lees, from Libertville, Il. He currently holds mostly MAC level and below offers. He threw for around 2000 yards with 35 td's and ran for around 1500 yards and 10 td's.
A couple other new offers:
3 star WR, Kofi Boateng, from Arlington, Tx. Pretty good current offer list. He had 66 catches for 1,023 yards and 15td's last year.
3 star ILB prospect- Emmauel Bridges from Newan, Georgia. Excellent offer list currently. Schools include: Alabama,Clemson,PSU,GT,MSU,Tenn, etc....
