Here we go...Fall Camp Practice Photos!

I approve of Tyrone Tracy (#3) at WR, going to make an impact sooner than later. However, don't sleep on Cooper or Ragaini either. Geil is a very large fresh RB!
Also, Ragaini and Sargent will surpass the career Hinkle/Hinkel misspelling by Week 3!:)

Cough-Tyrone-Cough

My question is, since he's in fall camp, practicing, doing team activities, etc, what is different about his schedule vs. normal players? Just added study time, tutors, etc, vs. additional football meetings and film study?

I would bet his schedule is no different. But he is expected to have the mindset that his studies are job #1, and football is job #2. I guess the slight difference is more study time vs. film study.

Build a strong academic base, to give him the opportunity to shine in football in future seasons.

Are you saying there are schools in the B1G that put football above all else?

Ha! Thanks, here I am talking about spelling and I got the wrong Tracy!
Yeah, Larry is an Indiana commit. Their cousins though.

However, the sentiment is one point ... I see Tyrone being able to put himself into the convo at WR.

Given that Groeneweg is reputedly a guy who the coaches think can be a contributor for us ... I wonder how the competition will be working out between Groeneweg, Cooper, Ragaini, and Tracy. The last I knew, Smith, ISM, and Easley were pretty solidly among the top 3 ... so it will be fascinating to see how things shake out among the remaining guys.

Heck, it will be cool if Devonte can make a surge and contribute. I remember him having a pretty nice spring game 2 years ago. Hopefully that wasn't the kiss of death for him ... hopefully he improves his consistency and can help contribute.

For that matter ... I like Dafney too. I'm curious if he can carve out a niche for himself too.

Yep, could be a good year or two old as well.Given Iowa's S&C program, I could see .1 or .2 getting shaved off that number. Didn't realize he had offers from L'ville, NW and other P5 schools, I just have that feeling he could make a Dom Douglas type splash (in a good way!).

I could devote a few entire threads on the receiving core, as Homer said above #1 - #3 is solid and then it's WIDE open after that, basically #4-#8 is interchangeable although it sure sounded like Groeneweg was the #4 guy before freshman arrived.

Well, goodness knows, Iowa really needs to improve in this position group. Hope we have guys on the roster who can make that happen.

Looks like Kallenberger with the 1's possibly, Brents needs that football mealplan and weight program and Duwa at Center with the 2's?

Lots of both of the Paulson twins on the online. Looks like they are both healthy in live action.
