Agree. The whole nepotism thing bothers some folks, and that's fair. But I kind of like "building from within" strategy. KF took a flyer on GD and it was awful.

Some football coaches are geniuses ... most are not. Unless you get a savant at OC, I like getting someone that's on the same page with the other coaches, mostly the HC. It just seems to work better.

I'd complain about nepotism if he wasn't qualified. Bill Belichick promoted him at least three times. Good enough for me.
