Holy $&!% - Anchor shot and killed during live report

alleged-shooter-tweets.jpg

It turns out Adam may have had good reason to go to HR!

Why did I watch the shooter's video? I am going to go puke.
Facebook has now taken it down.

Question - if the perp shot himself, does he get sympathy from BHO and Al for being a black guy who got shot? Or not since he didn't get shot by a white cop?

It's pretty tough to watch. He draws the gun, then puts it away & lines up his GoPro for a better view. Then pulls the gun again and stars firing.
Surreal. The cameraman got it right in the back. The reporter turned and was in full run/flight, but he must have got her too.

Cold blooded, premeditated multiple Murder 1.

Actually what I think he was doing was waiting for the cameraman to pan back over to the reporter before he fired. Its almost like he wanted her to be on camera when he fired.

That makes sense too. Either way, it was very cold & calculating.

And strange that no one looked at him or acknowledge him approaching. The footsteps on the boardwalk were anything but sneaky.

Torbee just so you know its being reported he was a black lives matter actibist and he said she was racist an im not a big twitter guy but supposedly people are posting she deseved to die if shes racist. I dont think people posting on message boards about leftist hypocrisy are pieces of crao but whatever

Son's school was on lockdown when it was reported he was heading up I-81. We're close enough we get that news station.

So, even if the public didn't want to make this about racism, the shooter is basically saying he shot her because she was a racist? Is that what I'm hearing?

Enough squabbling.

Jesus this isn't political. Its murder plain and simple. Just because one nut says something stupid on the fringe doesn't mean "the left" acts in some sort of concert. Enough.

This guy was troubled. Period.

Kind of interesting that the rhetoric that is spewed by the left is now coming back to haunt them a bit with this incident. Seems like some are having a problem coming to grips with this.

WTF are you talking about? Take a lesson from JRHawk2003:

Bryce Williams?

Williams-Brice Stadium is the home of Pepsi's beloved Gamecocks. That's an unfortunate association.

Just taking a page out of the lefts playbook, and you get upset, interesting response when the tables are turned.

Shut it, and move it to the political thread on this topic. That goes for any DBs spewing garbage.

Come to grips lefties the guy was a black lives matters activist shootinh whitey. I know obama and sharpton want you to now burn downvirginia. But hopefully fetguson does not happen now there

Of course because it is, because you are a lefty.

Rationality isn't confined to party lines as HROT proves everyday. I believe it is Jay Bilas who says rational minds can disagree. I may not always agree with mstp but can respect him as a poster.

Now the jscotts, Arbit8r's and Hueys are the irrational posters who are pointless to have discussions with.

Here is my speculation of the scenario based on what we know: Dude wanted to get with white lady, she was creeped out and said something to the effect of "I'm not into black guys", she's harassed more, camera man backs up her claim, he loses his job, and there you have it.

The manager of the studio said they never really "overlapped" each other. Shooter was fired in 2013 and Parker had only been at the station for about a year. So that means he would have been gone for about 1 year before she came onboard. He also stated they were surprised the shooter was still in town after being fired two years ago. They'd see him in the grocery store on occasion but the interaction was limited with him.

Not saying you aren't correct with your post, but the station manager made it seem like very little contact had ever happened between the victims and the shooter

All that said, here is what I think happened. The station manager said the shooter was always "hard to work with" and "flew off the handle quite easily". When he was fired local police officers had to escort him from the building. He tried to sue the station for "racial discrimination" and lost. I think he was just disgruntled because they gave the job to her and not him (even though they never worked there together) and he let if fester for quite some time and finally snapped and killed her for something she didn't have a decision in. The station manager even said on CNN he was shocked the two victims were targeted instead of him because he had a lot of negative interaction with the shooter. Not sure where the racist remarks would have come from her directed towards him. That all came from his Twitter account at a very emotional time for him.

It's funny because the person Reddit first thought committed the shooting was another WJDB anchor who was let go too (Orlando Salinas) who was actually replaced by Parker as a field reporter.

We are really sorry your world is crashing down lefties but stop bringing us down with you. Your attacks are pathetic.

Looks like your speculation was more accurate than mine now that I watched the press conference.

Okay, I'll bite. Could one of you numbnuts explain to me how this guy is a "leftist"? Dude said he had trouble with "black men and white women". Black men for their homophobia. White women for...I don't even know if he got to the point. Then he singled out a white MAN (or better yet "boy") in Dylan Roof. But then he blamed the victims themselves, one for being "racist" and the other for reporting his behavior(?). I mean, construct for me this "leftist" ideology. Sounds like you're absolutely DESPERATE to knee-jerk label this guy after the South Carolina, the Coralville mall shooting, etc. Even though it's clear that far, far more ideological violence in America is perpetrated by the right.
