How do you think the coaches are gameplanning for MSU?

I hope they work in some plays they haven't revealed all season, especially early in the game.I know IA likes to line up and do the basics, buy it can't hurt to try to throw MSU off their gameplan a bit.

Well, we know for a fact both teams will try and establish the run game.

Will Iowa load the box? Could be very dangerous vs our passing game.

I predict tweaks....no fundamental changes. A play here or there on offense that has not been seen and a coverage scheme or blitz we have not shown.

I imagine Iowa will bring out their suite of screen plays to deal with MSU's pressure. They will try to use it against them. Tight ends or Vandeburg/Smith could have big games depending on which one MSU focuses on shutting down. It'll be tough to do both and cover the run. If MSU can do that, good luck in the playoffs and congrats on your national championship.

I would be happy with tightening up our pass Defense! A good QB (with all day to throw) can pick apart our defense pretty easily. Hoping our bend but don't break bends a little less than the last 4 weeks. 400+ yards 4 straight weeks. MSU coming in has to be licking their chops.

Our best case scenario is to control the run and try to force 10 play drives with Cook making a mistake or 2.

Think we need to throw the ball a lot to win. 3 and 4 WR sets and run out of that. We will also need CJ to scramble.

Mix up zone and man coverage. Heat up the middle since Cook is not mobile
