How does player development proceed : Kirk says 7 on 7's

Can the players get coaching from the coaches? I assume the players get together within their groups and workout, Oline works together on drills, qbs and receivers can throw and catch, etc etc.

Is there a time limit on how much players can practice together?

Here is Kirk answer: "“Those guys will be throwing 7-on-7 in June and July,” Ferentz said. “So hopefully make some steps and get more comfortable with things. And then when August comes it’s going to be really interesting to see where he’s at and what kind of improvement he makes."
