We have a bunch of pathetic excuses for college basketball players on is team. It's a bunch of ****ing pussies
This is what teams full of freshmen do. Youth is inconsistent. It's why it is so frustrating to watch, although this clusterf*** is probably the worst game I have seen Iowa play since the word "Licklitter" was involved with the program.
There are only so many of those freshmen that can play like Seniors out there. Evidently they went to Kentucky and not to Iowa. You need to make the final four a few times before those players start going to your school.

Umm Kentucky's 12th man would start on Iowa's roster. You do realize its full of McDonalds All Americans right? Let me break this down for you.

The real question to me is why don't we have a true point guard? Fran has been here I 7 yrs. and he has failed to land a true point. He has not had a guard who can set players up. We have zero flow on offense. Then there hedging on those screens 40 ft from the basket which leads to easy three pointersfor the other team. Been that way since Fran has been here. wish there was away to compare the good versus bad on those plays.
They stay away from the freaks who post after losses.

There is a career arch for these kids. This game was pretty predictable. Young team that is banged up and coming off of two hard fought games going on the road. No surprises.
As far as the future, if these kids develop they will be a special team in 2 years. A compete for a B10 title team.
Pretty silly. These aren't five 5*, one and done freshmen. But they are a bunch of 4* freshmen with two sleepers (Kreiner & Pemsyl) thrown into the mix. They are learning about the intensity that is needed from the jump to the buzzer.
Plus, the team was cold as ice for most of the game. Bet they will bring some intensity next outing.
