Since this is the season of eating, it seems appropriate to ask. I'm currently about 10-15lbs over ideal. Which I'm ok with. I was skinny for the first 30 years, I don't mind a little extra weight these last 20.

23.57 lbs over weight. That's about 20 of these...

Same.
I don’t deprive myself of any foods I want, but I also don’t overindulge. That keeps me a steady 10-12 pounds over ideal. I’d have to cut out certain foods to drop that extra 10 pounds and I just haven’t had the desire to do that.

Used to be about 10lbs over. Gave up soda 3 years ago and have been about where I should be since.

This is the first year in my life without at least a four-pack. Regrouping as we speak. Aim to lose 10 pounds by Jan 15. 20 by March.

I’m basically a Greek god (6’3”, 215 with a 32 inch waist). The days of me eating whatever I want, as much as I want are numbered, though.

6’3” 205

mid say 190 would be my ideal weight. Anything less than that I’d look like former hawk Aaron White.

Depends on when I weigh in. I stopped my diet at the very top end of my normal BMI but if I weigh in and I'm a couple pounds over where I stopped I'm technically overweight via BMI although by less than 5 pounds.

Although I wouldn't say I qualify as a greek god.

6-1" 190 on the low end. Trying to find out how I do on a 2500 calorie a day diet.

6' 3" 235#s. Same weight as I was when I graduated college 38 years ago. But, it is proportioned quite differently now. In my current physical condition, I could lose 20 pounds easily.

For my height I’m at a good weight——5’11.5” @ 159.
Could use more meat on my bones actually.
Holy cow. I’m also probably 5-11.5, never quite made it to 6 foot. I haven’t weighed 159 since maybe my sophomore year in high school where I cut down to 145 for wrestling.

As someone else pointed out above, I weigh about the same now as I did 20 years ago (about 210-215). The problem is I haven’t lifted weights in 10 plus years. The scale might say about the same but the weight is proportioned differently now. So it gives me that false sense of not really gaining weight.

I could probably get down to 195 on my frame right now, so I picked 20 over.

I need to drop over 50. Combination of becoming a desk jockey and too much crafted beer last five years. Plan on cutting back on the beer and joined a gym. Good news is I am 6’4” and use to lift weights out a lot so it is spread out over some neglected muscles. Had to grow a beard to hide the double chin though, which is the number one reason beards are popular of course. I basically look like fat Thor these days.

My BMI (obese) doesn't match my body, but I'm still 30-40lbs above where I should be. I lift a lot. But I still have a gut and love handles from my 30K miles a year on the road career.

Yeah BMI is crappy if you have a lot of muscle. Better to just count pant sizes you going up and chins.

Was in pretty good shape until the last two week of dietary changes.
Tonight is going to be a beer and food gut buster
