Since this is the season of eating, it seems appropriate to ask. I'm currently about 10-15lbs over ideal. Which I'm ok with. I was skinny for the first 30 years, I don't mind a little extra weight these last 20.
Holy cow. I’m also probably 5-11.5, never quite made it to 6 foot. I haven’t weighed 159 since maybe my sophomore year in high school where I cut down to 145 for wrestling.For my height I’m at a good weight——5’11.5” @ 159.
Could use more meat on my bones actually.
My BMI (obese) doesn't match my body, but I'm still 30-40lbs above where I should be. I lift a lot. But I still have a gut and love handles from my 30K miles a year on the road career.
