5'7, 138 before my run this morning.

I thought you'd be bigger.

6’-4” and right at 240.3 lbs as of this morning. I want to drop down to 220 and move entirely to yoga. I’m done lifting weights. It hurts my joints

5'10", 165. I work out at least 5 days a week. Jog, bike ride, rollerblade or the Gazelle. I don't drink alcohol at all. I'm very fit. I've always been active and fit.

6’0 - 193

Pretty good physical condition as I run and lift frequently.

Would like to get to 185

‘Fess up Blackman, you’re more than a little over 6’!

I’m 6’2”, 205 or thereabouts.
190-5 would fit me better.
I get below 190 and I look hollowed out. Below 170 i’d look downright Ethiopian.

155 is probably my basement, and that being under 8% BF. Been doing a lot of base miles (80+ mile rides) to take advantage of the mild weather. Will get back to weights, plyo, and HIIT, when the weather worsens and right before the racing season begins. All that said, I will only get “up” to a little over 160.

I don’t think anyone would look at me and say I’m starving/emaciated, but I could be wrong.

I have lifted heavy and gotten up to 185. After awhile, noticed a myriad of effects (energy, sleep, joints, etc). Decided that weight didn’t “fit.”

I'm pretty huge. to the point where its getting uncomfortable again after being 40 lbs lighter this time last year.

My Christmas with my son and my parents and sister was tonite so I am starting Whole30 tomorrow. I need to get my cravings under control and reset my tastebuds.

I need to get my ass running again also. Before I became inconsistent, I was starting to push sub 10 min/miles more frequently. I prolly would be back up to an 11-12 minute mile for a 3 mile run, if not slower at the moment

Up until earlier this fall, I had been traveling 250-300 days/year over the last couple years and even with mostly restaurant eating, I actually lost a few pounds.

Mrs Powers noticed and has added snacks and big meals to bring me back to 15-20 lbs over ideal. Apparently she’s a chubby chaser.

5’10” and 195 / work out 6-7 times a week. 185ish seems to be the ideal weight for my build. I got down to 175 about 5 years ago and everyone was talking behind my back asking if I had cancer. 150 just doesn’t look right on some people!
