HROTers (new refugees included), in what city do you reside?

BBQ fest in Memphis is like a redneck Mardi Gras with pork and thicker chicks. It’s a fantastic experience to be a part of.

I’ll have to keep that in mind. I’m in Memphis more frequently than you’d think as we drive up to my in-laws in Ft Smith Arkansas about 3 or 4 times a year and Memphis/usually Tunica is where we stop as a midpoint on the trip up. Most of the times it’s grab some North Alabama white bbq chicken from Big Bob Gibson’s or Miss Myra’s in Bama for dinner Friday night and then gambling and spending the night at Tunica. Then grab an early lunch in Memphis before heading out to Ft Smith. On the way back we just make one terrible day of driving stopping only for late lunch or early dinner in Memphis before coming back to Tally.
