For the record, outing a poster is in bad taste, imo. Doing it with malicious intent is no better than stalking.

Isn't it against the rules? If not, it probably should be.

There are a few people here who are real assholes, but I would not out them and I certainly won't try to identify them for the purpose of outing them.

There is a difference between outing a real person and outing a fake person. Thomas Barnes is fake, therefore I didn't out Thomas Barnes, I just ended the charade. I could out OIT and a few others and I'm sure there are many on here that could out me, but I'm not a fake persona.

He had a few other handles. Another poster here who I am friends with met him in Chicago once right around that time and said the dude was completely of the wall crazy. I would bet he's still here. I don't remember his exact handle but I don't remember chicagohawkeye. This was probably over 8 years ago.

Yeah I grabbed it from an old Atiowa post. Was at work so I didn't have the saved version. On a side note when I googled "HROT and New Orleans" i found a thread from the other side. Someone asked for the story and everybody just said "search for NYCHawk" and you'll find it...so I got that going for me.
