Huge news for Trump, if true..

She's dead, obviously she's voting blue

George Floyd will be voting for Biden however...likely 3 or more times...
You both shared the same lame recycled joke from five years ago? People say Cons are too dumb to be good comedians, and here you go proving them right. Either of you losers going on tour with RepubliKlan hero Rob Schneider next year? 😂

The Klan was conservative. Most flipped to being Republicans after LBJ signed the Civil Rights Act. Except Byrd, who received an award from the NAACP for his pro civil rights voting record in his later decades of service. Facts don’t care about your historically illiterate feelings. ;)

Such as? Vast majority of politicians who were linked to the klan were in office in years pre WW2. By the time civil rights act very few like Byrd were still elected officials. Had few guys like cliff davis a TN dem who lost in the 64’ primary.

There were also candidates who weren’t members but openly took their support in getting elected. Such as Robert steck a Dem senator who served one term here in Iowa in late 20s. But again come civil rights 60s era politicians were not seeking out klan support.

Strom Thurmond, John Tower, William Cramer, Edward Gurney, Dave Treen, Iris Blitch, James D. Martin, Bill Dickinson, Bo Calloway, Albert Watson, Thad Cochran, Trent Lott, Jesse Helms, Taylor O’Hearn, Marshall Parker, Mills Godwin… Look them all up. Conservative segregationists who flipped Dem to Republican and stayed due to Dem support for the Civil Rights Act.

Tower never flipped parties, Cramer did in 49’, guney never flipped first elected in 62’, treen not elected till 73’, blitch didn’t run for re-election after 62’ election, James d Martin served 1 2 yr term in 65’ post civil rights act, Dickinson not elected till 65’, Cochran not elected till 72 and switched parties in 67’ due to war not civil rights, Lott didn’t switch till 72’, O’Hearn was rep pre 64’ and lost in 62’ election and Goodwin not till 73’ and wasn’t in congress and a Gov. so lots of cherry picking

in the house 62 Dems and 23 Rep. and in the senate 16 Dem and 2 R voted against the act. So even with some flips majority who opposed and finished their careers as democrats. So most did not flip after the vote and southern democrats were the largest opposition of the bill. Southern politicians in general were the biggest opposition such as the only 2 republican senators opposed were from the south as most house members who opposed it.

So like I said, we’ve established that a number either flipped while elected. flipped after elected, disavowed the national Democrats after retiring from politics, or retired from politics and were never heard from again. It’s unquestionably clear that segregationist Dixiecrats became Republicans or were never heard from again as the racist wing of the Dems switched to Republicans, where they have stayed ever since,
