NW can beat us, but the way the Huskers have been playing, it would have been a tougher matchup. COME ON HAWKS!!!!

As reliable as the sun rising in the east; in about 1-2 months from now, Fred will find a few disgruntled 4-5 star transfers and the Lincoln off season hype train will commence.

Nebraska has more individual talent and their dribble drive game was not a good match-up for us. I liked our chances against both, but I think we beat Northwestern easier.
Does today’s loss mean that after this season, Nebber remains the only Major Conference team to have never won an NCAA tournament game, or do you think they still have an outside shot at an at-large bid?
Remember Buie was sick during our only game against them so we need to check him through out the game he is very streaky
If we play well the Wildcats have no chance. If we don't play well, it is anybody's game.
NW has had a way of upsetting Iowa often. Iowa has preformed poorly over the last decade at BTT.
Every team has a punchers chance in basketball if the shots do or don’t go down but Northwestern is gonna have to have the game of their life just to have a shot. Iowa’s ability to switch on ballscreens makes life difficult on their offense and Iowa’s offense is capable of getting great shots either isolating or through motion offense. Its as bad of a matchup for them as they could get
no kidding. Good lord. If Iowa is s good as some think they are, we roll either one of those patsies.

The plays Fred drew up for Nebby's last 2 possession were incredible.
Yeah, the "get the ball, dribble it, go way too out of control fast, and try to score by yourself" play was not effective either time.

He (Nebraska guard) reminds me of Joe T trying to do the same thing. If they both play a little more under control both players can cause issues for opposing teams. When they try to be the savior they get into trouble and end up losing the ball.

I keep saying, Hoiberg manages to recruit talented basketball players. He just doesn't recruit smart ones.
I just have never embraced the conference tournament. Just a made for tv money maker that really isn’t needed, imo. That said, I hope the Hawks win it all.
